How-to Crochet!

How-to
There are a plethora of extremely helpful websites on the internet designed to help you learn how to crochet. I find the Lionbrand website to be a very helpful resource for this. They have video tutorials, as well as written and visual explanations, it's well-organized, clean design, and free!

They also have many free patterns. You have to sign up for the website to see them, but registration is free, and they have many handy features included- saving patterns you like so they are easily accessible.

Here are a few other websites I recommend:

Hub Pages
They have pictures of real crocheted work next to the instructions, which is very helpful, as well as videos and tips.

Crafttown
Written instructions are very simple and to the point. Also includes instructions on how to do the “afghan stitch.”
